Caribbean Legacy, a leading media and entertainment company based in Curaçao, is seeking a talented and creative Online Marketer to join our dynamic team! About Caribbean Legacy:

We produce and distribute high-quality audiovisual content across various platforms, including television, OOH, streaming services, and social media. Our work spans documentary films, commercials, promotional videos, animations and immersive experiences, all aimed at captivating audiences and promoting the wonders that our clients in the Caribbean have to offer.

As an Online Marketer at Caribbean Legacy, you will manage the social media channels of different clients to increase awareness and engagement of these platforms. You will also engage in setting up, analyzing, and optimizing SEA (Search Engine Advertising) campaigns. With the goal of: acquiring as many high-quality requests (leads) as possible for the best CPL (Cost Per Lead).

Additionally, you collaborate with your colleagues to create new compelling Social Media content and Ads campaigns that align with the strategy. Subsequently, you analyze these campaigns and optimize them wherever possible.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

* Develop, execute, and manage creative and results-driven online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement across various digital platforms.

* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement in audience engagement and conversion rates.

* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.  

 

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Proven work experience as an Online Marketer, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including Google Ads, Meta ads, SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, email marketing and social media algorithms.

* Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

* Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

* Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

* A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
